Serving in Europe

Hello there! We are Tucker and Sabrina French.
God has been weaving His call on our lives to missions and church planting, and His call for us to go to share the gospel to His people in Scotland for many years. We have been married going on nine years this March of 2023. For the first eight years of our marriage we served together as youth and young adult pastors. In 2016 God began laying church planting on our hearts. In the spring of 2017 He began burdening our hearts for the people in Scotland through a college research paper assignment about evangelism and church planting; it was then that we learned about the current spiritual temperature, or lack thereof, in Scotland and the UK. Our hearts broke and God began burdening us to pray for Scotland specifically.
After four years of praying for Scotland, in the summer of 2021 we began to hear God calling us to go. Together we prayed and told God that if He is calling us to go to Scotland, we will go. We began to pray and fast and then we sought after spiritual guidance and wisdom from our pastors who confirmed the call upon our lives and that God was calling us to go to Scotland. We have transitioned out of youth ministry and have completely surrendered our selves to His call on our lives to be missionaries to Scotland.
Scotland is a country of 5.5 million people. Scotland is considered Post Christian along with the whole of Europe. Post Christian refers to the fact that God has become forgotten, irrelevant and pushed out of their society and cultures. Scotland has experienced mighty moves of God in the past, has sent out missionaries, and has raised up God-fearing theologians, but her people have forgotten and turned away from God. There is only 2-3% of Evanglical Christians in Scotland. Furthermore, of those who are Evangelical Christians who have a personal walk and realtionship with God, less then 1% are under the age of 40. As former youth pastors, our hearts are broken as the current and next generations do not have a realtionship with Jesus nor know the love of our Father.
Our first assignment in Scotland will be to the people in the city of Edinburgh. Edinburgh has a population of a little over half a million. Of the people in Edinburgh, only 2% of the populatoin are Evangelical Christians.
Our hope and misson is for the poeple in Scotland to encounter the love of God, embrace freedom and purpose in Jesus, and receive the Holy Spirit. Our vision is to partner with God and contend for revival to ignite in Scotland; revival that is so contagious that it spreads throughout Europe.
Thank you for visiting and considering how you can partner with us and make a difference in Europe.
In Christ's love,
Tucker and Sabrina
